Vitosha Night tour

Night comes and our adventure begins. We invite you to see the mountain from a different point of view, to fight against your fears, to lose and find yourself in the maze of the dark woods. In that walking tour, you can feel the silence and see some of the night animals like Salamandra salamandra or Bufo bufo. In our highest point, you will be awarded the light of Sofia – this never sleeping beauty.

The transfer from your hotel to Vitosha mountain will be less than 20 minutes. We’ll start from Dragalevtsi district and the next 3 hours we’ll hike through the woods.  The tour includes one of the mountain peaks – Kamen del (1876 m).

When the sunrise comes, you will understand why the ancients and pagan people worshipped it. The guide will tell you the stories about a Bulgarian sub-holiday like July morning.

After a walk through the forest, you could see the Boyana waterfall, which is one of the most visited places and Boyana lake – a quiet place for fishermen. The last attraction of the tour will be the Boyana church, which is one of the UNESCO sites in Bulgaria. If you are there after 9.00 am, the guide will provide you with a ticket to see the church, it’s frescos and to sense the Bulgarian Renaissance. Transfer to your accommodation.
